Getting to Know You!

Our flexible, interest-based, small groups are designed to help participants establish an even deeper connection with God and one another.  New groups form regularly – contact the church office for more information or to sign up!  505-856-1004

Dinners for Eight

Our 8-10 person dinners are a great way to get to know new people.  The host responsibilities rotate, and each group sets its own dates and times for dinner.  Contact the church office to sign up to be part of a group – although most groups are formed in the fall, new groups can be put together throughout the year.

Book Group

The Book Group combines good food, excellent books, and fabulous conversation. The group selects the books, and a different member facilitates the discussion each month. Contact the office to learn about next month’s book, date and location.

Monthly, second or third Mondays, 6-8 p.m.

Bible Study

Our Pastor leads a conversation about the upcoming Sunday’s scripture.  Come engage, explore, and learn!

Tuesdays at 11 a.m.  This class meets in the Parlor at Church of the Good Shepherd.

Youth Group

Much of our programming at Church of the Good Shepherd is inter-generational, and youth participate in all-church events.  In addition, we also host youth-specific retreats, service projects, and outings for our elementary, middle-school, and high-school youth,  click  here to learn more about our children and youth programs.

Inter-generational Activities

During the year, there are many opportunities for families, older folks, younger adults, to do things together such as hiking, camping, church potlucks, outreach projects, and ice skating.
