Rev. Sarah joined the COGS ministry team in January of 2013 as Pastor of Christian Education and Community Life. On May 1, 2015, we embraced her as our full-time Pastor and Teacher.
She celebrates being a spouse and the parent of two active teenagers. She is an avid outdoors woman and when time permits, you'll find her rock climbing or hiking.
Pastor Sarah can be found working, preaching and teaching accompanied by her service dog Molly.
Prior to her pastoral mission with us, she was active in pastoral work in Rhode Island and Northern California. She received her Master of Divinity degree from the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California, which is part of the Graduate Theological Union.

She mentored and supervised a staff of 8-10; coordinated all programming for the 11-13-year-old age group; guided desert and high-alpine backpacking trips lasting 3-5 days; built community within the girls' program and between the girls' and boys' programs; developed original programming in the areas of art, music, and environmental studies
