Church Council and Ministries
Church of the Good Shepherd is a member-led congregation. The Church Council oversees the life and ministry of the church on behalf of the congregation. Elected by the congregation during the annual June meeting, Church Council is comprised of Officers, Ministry Team Leaders and Members at Large. The Council meets monthly to oversee finances, coordinate programs and projects, and discern what God needs of us, both in the present day and into the future…no small task! However, it is a task that our leaders undertake faithfully and conscientiously.
The Church Council is made up of Officers, Ministry Team Leaders, and two Members at Large. The Church Council is elected during the Annual Meeting in June. The Members of the Church Council for 2018-2019 are presented below, followed by a description of each of our ministries.
