Instructions for Completing your Listing form (click on the button below to download the interactive PDF file.) In order to fill out the form, you will need an application such as Adobe Acrobat. You may also download the PDF and Save As a Word document. After completing the Listing Form return it with your photos to email@example.com. Please, no handwritten forms. Either complete the interactive PDF on your computer and submit it or send the information to us in a Word document. We recommend that you view a few of our other business listings to see what is included. Feel free to add as much information as you want, there is no limit to the number of words. Again, we only accept computer generated documents. Thank you!
- 1. Complete the form and add a 2nd page if necessary with a short description. This is your introduction to people about your business. Make it personal, engaging, and interesting, this is your opportunity to talk to someone about what you do and why you do it.
- 2. Adding Photos: (optional) Provide up to (2) photos that relate to your business, or you may also provide a photo of yourself, a headshot is best. See below for graphic sizes and instructions for providing quality photos.
If you are scanning and sending us a photo by email, please scan it at 300 dpi and size it according to the specifications shown below. Email your photos to, firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to use a photo from your smartphone or camera you can email it to email@example.com She will resize it and optimize it for the web. The cost for this service is $10 per image. In lieu of payment to Maryle, please make a donation to Church of the Good Shepherd, UCC. Thank you!
Size Your Photo(s)
For horizontal layout the recommended size is 1,024px wide by 576px tall. For a more vertical/square layout of images, the recommended size is 600px wide by 600px tall.
